Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS in secure, discreet packaging.

All research compounds are packaged securely in bubble wrap mailers to ensure safe transit. Larger orders may be shipped in protective containers.

Please Note: Shipping timeframes begin after your order has completed the 3–5 business day processing period. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after your shipping confirmation email is received.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at orders@premierpeptides.shop.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase with Premier Peptides LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable
  • No returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued for change of mind, unused product, or personal circumstances
  • Research compounds cannot be restocked once shipped due to chain of custody and quality integrity requirements

Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality and accuracy of every order we ship. The following exceptions apply:

Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@premierpeptides.shop and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Damaged in Shipping: If your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review each case individually and work to resolve it promptly.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution. We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon arrival.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Premier Peptides LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting your local post office or carrier directly
  • Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable

If your package shows no movement for more than 10 business days after shipping, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.
