06Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Premier Peptides LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment
• Premier Peptides LLC is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing issues
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our Return Policy

07Shipping & Delivery

Premier Peptides LLC ships products within 3-5 business days of order confirmation.

• Premier Peptides LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors outside our control
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the importation of research compounds is legal in your jurisdiction
• Premier Peptides LLC reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location where the sale or possession of research compounds is prohibited by law

08Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Premier Peptides LLC does not accept returns of opened products. Exceptions may be considered for:

• Products received damaged — must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence
• Incorrect product shipped — must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
• Products that fail to meet advertised purity specifications as verified by independent third-party testing

All refund requests must be submitted to premierpeptides@yahoo.com within 48 hours of receipt.

09Prohibited Uses

• Human or animal consumption of any research compound
• Any illegal purpose or in violation of any federal, state, or local law
• Reselling products to end consumers for personal use or consumption
• Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your qualifications or intended use
• Any purpose that Premier Peptides LLC determines to be inappropriate or harmful

10Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the property of Premier Peptides LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without express written permission.

11Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kalamazoo County, Michigan. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Premier Peptides LLC.

12Modifications to Terms

Premier Peptides LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
